We’ve become part of Access Insurance & Benefact Group

We’re excited to announce that Ladbrook has been acquired by Access Insurance, a leading charity-specialist insurance broker.

This merger represents an exciting opportunity as we join a company that shares our commitment to supporting charities with their insurance needs. As part of this transition, we become a member of the Benefact Group – a family of financial service businesses that donate all available profits to charity, and are owned ultimately by the grant-giver Benefact Trust.

This alignment of values and mission makes this transition particularly meaningful for Ladbrook and our customers.

The Barlborough team will continue to operate as usual, serving and delivering cost-effective
policies for our clients. There will be no immediate changes to operations, policies, or pricing as we begin this integration process.

Future Outlook

Over the coming months, Ladbrook will gradually transition to the Access Insurance brand, so you’ll
begin to notice gradual changes in our branding at events and on our website.By joining Access Insurance, some of the additional benefits we believe will benefit our clients are:

·        Expanded resources and partnerships to develop our service

·        Access to over 40+ specialist insurers

·        Integration with a company that serves 16,000 charities, community & voluntary
organisations

·        Joining a Group what shares a purpose of giving back to charitable causesThis acquisition
reinforces our commitment to the charity sector and positions us to better serve the voluntary sector.
