With over 15 years’ experience in the insurance industry. Tim has extensive leadership experience and having held previous CF3 (FCA Chief Executive) positions with responsibility and directorship for subsidiary organisations within Endsleigh Insurance Services Limited. Tim has sound commercial acumen and an in depth understanding of charities and their needs having previously worked with Locality, Sporta, the National Union of Students and ACEVO.
Tim has completed half marathons and marathons for charities including Whizz Kidz, Meningitis Trust and Footsteps Foundation. Tim also volunteers at St Paul’s Hostel, a leading Homeless Services provider in Worcester
Tim is set to complete an Executive MBA at Warwick Business School in 2017.

Took charge of the commercial broking division and the non standard personal lines broking teams at Endsleigh
Bought the share interests of retiring principal, Martin Ladbrook and became Ladbrook’s Managing Director
