Charlotte joined the Ladbrook team in 2009, initially in a general administrative role. Charlotte quickly demonstrated an aptitude to dealing with third sector clients and her role developed into handling her own accounts.

Charlotte has extensive experience within the third sector. She has been a charity shop volunteer, has volunteered and trained to be a youth worker, has volunteered at a community radio station (where she held a directorship) and has taken part in projects in Tanzania helping local communities with health and education projects.
