    Woodworking Conditions It is a condition precedent to the liability that the Insured shall ensure that: a. all mechanical woodworking machinery is guarded in accordance with prevailing Government Regulations; b. all recommended personal protective equipment is worn at all times; c. any person who is inexperienced in the use of mechanical woodworking machinery shall be fully supervised at all times by a Competent Person Employed of the Insured until such time as the person has completed all relevant training and is deemed to be proficient in its use and is documented as being authorised to work alone. This Policy does not apply to any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense directly or indirectly arising to any person who is under 18 years of age which is attributed to the use of any mechanical woodworking machinery. For the purposes of this endorsement a Competent Person Employed is deemed to be a person with the skill, knowledge, practical experience and training to enable them to assess the risks involved in using the machinery in accordance with the register of Competent Person Employed maintained by the Insured.

Any deliberate or reckless misrepresentation may involve part or your entire claim being declined and in some circumstances; the Insurer may be entitled to retain your premium whilst avoiding the policy or apply additional terms to your policy.
