We are delighted to have been shortlisted for the 2016 CII Public Interest Awards, now in the third year of running.

The awards recognise organisations and individuals that do the most to support, inform and benefit buyers of insurance in the UK.  The CII is the leading professional body for the global financial services profession.

Our nomination was made in respect of the work we have done to recognise and address the insurance need in the growing community library space.  Hundreds of libraries are now reliant or wholly run by volunteers and this creates specific insurance needs for these fledgling organisations.

While as an organisation, we do not support the funding cuts made at a local level that are leading to the need for these community libraries, we do want to support those people who are keeping these valuable local resources running.

We are delighted that this work has been recognised and look forward to the awards night, 21st April, fingers crossed!
